Due Gooder Fall 2026 MacBook Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Due Gooder Fall 2026 MacBook Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Due Gooder, Inc. (“Due Gooder” or “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 08/17/26 at 7:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 08/27/26 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Due Gooder, as well as members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete all of the following actions on the official Giveaway post published by @duegooder on Instagram:

  1. Follow @letsduegooder on Instagram.

  2. Like the official Giveaway post.

  3. Leave a comment on the official Giveaway post tagging two (2) college friends.

Entrants must complete all three requirements to be eligible to win.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

An entrant's Instagram account must be accessible to Sponsor as necessary to verify compliance with the entry requirements.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of comments made or friends tagged. Additional comments will not provide additional chances to win.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated methods, or other fraudulent means are prohibited and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to technical or other issues.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Apple MacBook Neo

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $599 USD, excluding any applicable sales tax or shipping costs paid by Sponsor.

The exact model, color, specifications, and configuration will be determined by Sponsor based on availability at the time the prize is purchased.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or substituted for cash by the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Giveaway.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

After the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from among all eligible entries received.

Sponsor may also randomly select alternate potential winners in the event that the initially selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements.

Sponsor will verify that the potential winner:

  • Follows @letsduegooder on Instagram;

  • Liked the official Giveaway post; and

  • Submitted a qualifying comment tagging two college friends.

If the selected entrant did not complete all required entry actions, that entrant will be disqualified and Sponsor may proceed to an alternate potential winner.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @letsduegooder Instagram account.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.

If the potential winner:

  • Does not respond within 48 hours;

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Is determined to be ineligible;

  • Did not complete all required entry steps; or

  • Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

Due Gooder will never require a winner to make a payment or provide credit card or bank account information to claim the prize.

Entrants should disregard messages from accounts other than the official @duegooder Instagram account claiming that they have won the Giveaway.

7. Prize Delivery

Once a potential winner has been verified and confirmed, Sponsor will request the information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize, including the winner’s:

  • Full legal name;

  • Email address; and

  • Valid U.S. shipping address.

Sponsor intends to purchase the MacBook directly and have it shipped to the confirmed winner at the address provided by the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for prize delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name, Instagram username, likeness, and/or general state of residence in connection with the Giveaway and its promotion without additional compensation.

Sponsor may request the winner’s permission before tagging or otherwise identifying the winner on Due Gooder’s social media accounts.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines:

  • Has violated these Official Rules;

  • Has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the entry or winner-selection process;

  • Has submitted fraudulent or automated entries;

  • Has impersonated another person;

  • Has engaged in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct in connection with the Giveaway; or

  • Has otherwise acted in a manner that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network or internet outages, Instagram platform issues, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized human intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to Due Gooder and not to Instagram.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Due Gooder and not Instagram.

12. Apple Disclaimer

Apple Inc. is not a participant in, sponsor of, endorser of, administrator of, or otherwise associated with this Giveaway.

All Apple product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected from the potential winner will be used for the administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Due Gooder’s applicable privacy practices and applicable law.

Sponsor will not require entrants to provide payment card or banking information to receive the prize.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

15. Winner Information

Following confirmation of the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner through the official @letsduegooder Instagram account or other Due Gooder channels.

Requests regarding the identity of the winner may be sent to support@duegooder.com after the Giveaway has concluded, subject to applicable privacy laws.
